Joseph C. Lowrey is a manufacturing executive, chemist, engineer, capital-project leader, and industrial problem solver with decades of experience across plant operations, printing, flexible packaging, extrusion, coating, lamination, converting, analytical laboratories, process improvement, equipment installation, and facility construction.

His career has included responsibility as a plant manager, operations manager, director of operations, general manager, engineering project manager, and laboratory and technical leader. He has managed manufacturing organizations, multidisciplinary technical teams, complex production systems, and capital projects valued as high as approximately $100 million.

His manufacturing background includes rotogravure and UV flexographic printing, flexible packaging, labels, thin-gauge foil, films, extrusion coating, coating, lamination, slitting, bag and pouch converting, shrink sleeves, metallization, process controls, quality systems, and analytical laboratories.

He combines a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Chemistry with practical experience in manufacturing engineering, capital execution, Lean Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, root-cause analysis, equipment startup, and process stabilization.

Joseph is particularly qualified to assist machinery manufacturers requiring a senior North American partner who can communicate effectively with European engineering teams, corporate executives, equipment suppliers, contractors, plant managers, engineers, technicians, operators, laboratory personnel, and customers.

A project is not successful merely because the equipment was delivered. It is successful when the customer can safely and repeatedly operate it at the required quality, speed, cost, reliability, and profitability.
